I offer training support tailored to your needs, which is not only based on your individual goals but also on your physical condition. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or simply improve your overall performance, I will work with you to develop an efficient and sustainable training plan. I will also take any health restrictions into account and ensure a safe and effective training experience and results.

Scope of Services

Initial consultation/preliminary discussion (approx. 60 min)

Here we discuss your wishes, goals, and any previous illnesses, document your current condition with sports motor tests, and set a realistic and therefore achievable time frame for your training.



Training plan (including warm-up & cool-down)

Contains all exercises including explanations/descriptions, duration, repetitions, and variations for the specified training period (approx. 6-8 weeks).


I recommend meeting again after two weeks to discuss your progress and make any necessary adjustments to the training program (number of repetitions, weight, variation). If desired, weekly or biweekly coaching sessions can also be arranged at fixed times.
