My functional training is an effective toning and muscle training program using your own body weight. I offer personalized training sessions that take both your strengths and weaknesses into account and give you exactly what your body needs.

My strength training includes targeted toning and muscle training as well as back and core training for the entire body.
The focus is on increasing the body's basal metabolic rate and on targeted toning and strengthening of the entire body. The training is done using your own body weight.
