My special mobility and stretching program is designed to systematically improve your flexibility while promoting other aspects of physical fitness. In addition to increasing flexibility, it also corrects posture and improves overall well-being, leading to a better quality of life.

My mobility training combines various exercises that increase your body's range of motion. These include flexibility, balance, and strength exercises. The goal is to improve the range of motion and flexibility of your joints. This combination is the best way to prevent injuries and create balance—e.g., to compensate for sitting at work every day.
Stretching maintains the flexibility of muscles, tendons, and ligaments, which is a prerequisite for a healthy musculoskeletal system. Stretching and lengthening the muscles can release tension, promote blood circulation in the muscles, and increase overall physical performance.

Mobility & Stretching can be booked as personal training or as a group course.
